Greeted by staff on arrival, the atmosphere, appearance and cleanliness fabulous. Food great, staff great, venue fab. Excellent menu choice and value for money.

First time having takeaway from Peppers. Nearly 2 hours for delivery, no papadums or mint but still a bag of onions, a thin layer of soggy cold chips at the bottom of the greasy brown bag and really low quality service. This was a £40 order and expect better quality food as the restaurant dining was really nice last time we came, but we certainly won't order from here again.

Great night...again! Food and service spot on. We were a big party but prompt food arrival and quality great. No doubt we will be back for another visit!

We had a table booked for just myself and my wife. arrived about 10 mins early. The place was busy with a couple of large groups. The staff seemed focused on the bigger groups, we waited about 20 mins before someone took our order then over an hour later we were still waiting whilst 3 or 4 staff were busy waiting on the larger groups. We eventually gave up and told them we were leaving at which point they said our food had been ready for a while and we should've said something! Instead of an apology they just said 'it's first come first served!' They're clearly not interested unless your spending hundreds. We had eaten here before and the food was good and its local but terrible customer service which is a real shame. Won't be going back.

Always a great meal, we are incredibly fussy, and ask for our meals to be prepared in certain ways with additional items added. We ask for different meals at different spice levels etc. we have never been let down & have never had a bad meal. Service has always been friendly and welcoming. We have been using peppers since it opened & it’s great how if you dine in you can BYOB. Food is delicious & full of flavour, it’s also quite a large portion size. The staff are always willing to give recommendations if you are ever unsure. 10/10!

I've never had a bad meal at Peppers. The staff are very friendly and the food is beautiful! We always enjoy our meals or takeaways. Great that you can take our own alcoholic drinks.

Such friendly, kind and caring service, really homely atmosphere in the restaurant.
Super quick takeaway service, was able to collect within less than ten minutes of ordering.
Food tasted incredible !

It's been a while since we've ordered from pepper's (mainly because of the price) and from what we could remember it was the best Indian takeaway in Telford, today was the complete opposite. The first thing we disliked was the fact we'd paid £34, given salad yet no poppadoms? Oh well. The worst part was the naans. Ordered one keema naan, there was barely one slither of lamb. Very disappointing the fact they were £3.00 each. We also ordered a garlic naan and absolutely tasteless, no garlic whatsoever.. May aswell have just got a plain instead.. honestly we'll just stick to out local place, cheaper and way more worth the price.

Disgusting customer service! Been ordering from this place for the past 2 years, THE SAME exact order. Today they’ve missed one of items. When I called reporting the issue I was told to be a liar. No apology or offer refund for missing items. Drove to the restaurant for a formal complain and was invited to leave. Hope this review gets to the restaurant owner, as he’s a respectful man who unfortunately was not present, but his staff needs to learn good manners and customer service skills. Never again

I ordered for a takeaway after having my dinner there*mushrooms rice" very nice beautiful restaurant. But the mushroom rice was small in size. The packaging is very nice but when you open the package, its just a small bowl of rice.. I was surprised... Next time I will order for more😊 because it's too small for even a 3yrs old kid... Done in and also take out.

Food was average but poor for the price paid.
1 pint of diet coke £5.00
Considering that's all that's on offer due to their lack of alcohol license.
Couldn't really recommend.

We are regulars here but highly critical of poor food and service even here .
But there is rarely any problem here ,the food, service and ambiance are great but don’t take our word for it ,

Awesome as ever. 😍😍😍😍👍👍👍. Every visit is better. The best Balti place in Telford area. 100% worth visit. Martin and Mo makes a very lovely pleasant atmosphere and dinning experience
mo has left but that's not changed the service or atmosphere, it is still the Balti place ever
